Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate
This revolutionary, science-based program was created by the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies in partnership with renowned online educator eCornell, to help students more fully understand and explain the role of diet in human health. Through video presentations, including over 25 experts, research and perspectives are provided to emphasize why following a plant-based diet is optimal for health. Consisting of three two-week courses, this program covers a broad range of topics from scientific study to public policy and is taught by a variety of experts in relevant fields. Whether you are a beginner or medical professional, this certificate will provide a basis of knowledge that can be used in life, work, or practice to more fully explain the proven benefits of a whole food, plant-based diet and lifestyle.
